Return and refund policy

At Zenvoo, we don’t just make snacks — we craft experiences that are fresh, safe, and consistently satisfying in every bite. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

1. No Returns Policy

All products purchased from our website are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer a free replacement only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective

  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

3. Time Frame for Claims

All replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Replacement

To process your request:

  1. Email us at wecare@zenvoo.com within 48 hours

  2. Provide your Order ID and proof of purchase

  3. Share clear photos/videos showing:

    • The issue with the product

    • Packaging condition

    • Batch number and manufacturing date

Once received, our team will verify the request.
If approved, a replacement will be issued free of charge.

5. Non-Delivery of Orders

If your order is not delivered, please contact us with your Order ID.
We will arrange a redelivery at the earliest.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Opened, used, or consumed products

  • Delay in reporting beyond 48 hours

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Product tampered with after delivery

  • Delivery to a third party as instructed

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Delivery location is not serviceable

  • Excessive delay in delivery beyond reasonable timelines

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

9. Important Notes

  • All claims are subject to verification

  • Zenvoo reserves the right to approve or reject any request

  • Third-party claims will not be entertained
