Pan-India Deliveries

Zenvoo delivers across most serviceable locations in India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery timelines typically range between 5–7 business days, depending on your location. However, deliveries may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as logistics disruptions, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or operational delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select locations across India.

  • Maximum order value for COD: ₹3000

  • A small convenience or shipping fee may apply to COD orders, as displayed at checkout

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery personnel may not always carry change

Any applicable packaging or handling charges are already included in the product pricing, unless otherwise stated.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist you.
